Registration and Requirements
Water 4 Dogs requires you to submit a Registration Form when you drop your dogs with us. Please print and submit a duly filled in Registration Form.
Vaccines are required. Your pet must have rabies, bordetella (kennel cough), and distemper for state health and safety reasons.
