When can I bring my dog to swim ?
Water4Dogs is open 7 days a week. Please call us at 212.285.4900, option # 2 or email us at info@water4dogs.com to make an appointment. Water4Dogs does not accept walk-ins.
Do you offer services other than swimming?
Yes, we have Boarding & Daycare options for your pet. Also, we offer delivery & pick-up services.
Are vaccines required?
Yes, New York State requires that all dogs are up-to-date with their rabies, bordetella (kennel cough) and distemper vaccines given by a licensed veternarian.
What is your cancellations policy?
Please note that a credit card is required to make an appointment and you must cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge.
Is it necessary for me to accompany my dog?
You are always welcome, but it is not necessary for you to accompany your pet. Water4Dog provides a pickup and delivery option. Just fill in the Registration Form and make an appointment. Please call us at 212.285.4900 or email us at info@water4dogs.com for pricing.
What do I wear for my private Fun Swim or an Open Swim with multiple owners & dogs?
We recommend a bathing suit and either a wetsuit or rashguard and board shorts for a Fun or Open Swim. Shorts and t-shirts can work also if you know your dog's swim style.
Do I need to bring towels?
No. We supply towels for use after your dog's swim.
Can my child swim with my dog?
Unfortunately, no one under 18 years can enter the pool.
